Booking Notice

If you are booking your pet with us for the first time, please contact us on WhatsApp: 9769493602 or reach out to us on Instagram before confirming the appointment.

This helps us understand your pet’s skin sensitivity, health conditions, behavior, and other important details to ensure a safe and comfortable grooming experience.

If this is not your first booking and your pet is experiencing anything new (such as new skin issues, illnesses, injuries, or behavioral changes), please make sure to mention it in the notes section while booking.

Little Heart Pet Shop – Grooming Policy

To ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all pets and groomers, we kindly request all clients to review and follow our grooming policy:

🐾 Appointments & Cancellations

All grooming sessions are strictly by appointment only.
Customers are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment time.
If a customer arrives 15 minutes or more after the booked time, a late-arrival penalty will be automatically added to the total grooming cost.
In the event of any unexpected issue or emergency, customers are kindly requested to inform Little Heart Pet Shop by phone as soon as possible to help us manage schedules smoothly.

🐾 Pet Health & Vaccination

Pets must be up-to-date on core vaccinations (rabies, distemper, etc.).
You may be required to provide a valid vaccination card upon request.
Please inform us of any medical conditions, skin issues, recent surgeries, or behavioral concerns.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet is showing signs of illness or aggressive behavior.

🐾 Fleas & Ticks

If fleas or ticks are found during grooming, a flea bath will be performed at an additional cost.
Heavily infested pets may be refused for the safety of other animals.

🐾 Aggressive or Difficult Pets

Please notify us if your pet has a history of aggression or is nervous about grooming.

Extra handling fees may apply.

In severe cases, grooming may be stopped for the safety of your pet and our staff.

Owners are legally and financially responsible for any medical costs or damages resulting from their dog biting or harming a groomer or other animals.

🐾 Owner Presence During Grooming

For safety and comfort, owners are not allowed to stay during grooming.
Pets often become anxious or overly excited around their owners, which can make grooming more difficult and risky.
A calm environment helps your pet settle faster and allows our groomers to work more safely and efficiently.
Rest assured, your pet is in gentle, professional hands at all times.
If an owner insists on staying and is exceptionally permitted, they will be fully responsible for any accident, injury, or damage that may occur during the session — whether to the groomer, the pet, or any store property caused by excitement, stress, or unexpected behavior from the pet.

🐾 Matted Coats & Shaving

Severely matted pets may require shaving to prevent discomfort, skin issues, or injury.
Our groomers will always do what is safest and most comfortable for your pet.
Additional charges may apply due to extra time, equipment wear, and grooming complexity.

🐾 Pick-Up Policy

Please pick up your pet within 30 minutes of being notified that grooming is complete.
A daycare fee of Rs. 100 per 30 minutes may apply depending on the delay and distance.

🐾 Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the grooming, please let us know before leaving the shop. We’re happy to make reasonable adjustments on the spot.
Once the session is complete and your pet has left the premises, we will not accept any complaints or requests for adjustments. All concerns must be addressed while still at the shop, before taking your pet home.

🐾 Advance Booking & Payment Policy

An advance booking payment of Rs. 1000 is required to confirm all grooming appointments.
The advance amount can be rescheduled to another date if informed at least 12–18 hours prior to the appointment time.
If the booking is canceled, the advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
