a. Grooming Service Eligibility
We only accept pets that are healthy, non-aggressive, and suitable for grooming. We reserve the right to refuse services to pets showing signs of illness, severe matting.
b. Booking & Cancellation
All bookings must be made in advance. Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
c. Liability
While we take utmost care with your pets, grooming involves inherent risks. We are not liable for any pre-existing conditions or reactions related to grooming products or procedures.
d. Late Pickups
Pets must be picked up promptly after services. A late fee may be charged for extended stays beyond closing hours.
e. Senior & Special-Needs Pets
We may not provide grooming services for senior pets (18+ years) or those with medical complications. Please consult your vet before booking.
f. Aggressive Behavior
For the safety of both staff and animals, grooming services are not provided for pets exhibiting aggressive behavior. Should any signs of aggression arise during the grooming session, the service may be terminated immediately, and the pet owner will be promptly notified.
